Single Ply Roofing
EPDM : Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane — the commercial roofing industry’s material of choice for nearly half a century widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide.
TPO : Thermoplastic Polyolefin single-ply roofing can be fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted. TPO seam strengths are reported to be three to four times higher than EPDM roofing systems. This is a popular choice for "Green" building as there are no plasticizers added and TPO does not degrade under UV radiation.
PVC : Polyvinyl Chloride is a trusted membrane that has been providing decades of waterproofing protection in Europe and North America. PVC’s popularity stems from its dependable, heat-welded seams, high reflectivity, superior physical attributes and resistance to water, chemicals, grease, fire and punctures.
Built-up roofing systems
Built-up roofing consists of layers or plies of roofing felts, between which asphalt or bitumen is applied. Built-up roofing is one of the oldest and most durable systems available. Its multiple layers provide extra protection and perform well in extreme weather conditions. Built-up roofs are especially resistant to damage from wind, hail and snow.
